DIG EXPANSION THROUGH TITLE ANALYSIS
Our program and coach can work with you through factual data provided to give you options on how to expand a current DIG. The information will also assist with developing a strategy for increased ownership of the space. If you are considering adding to a space, this information will allow you to develop a road map for your AE’s to follow.
PERFORMANCE PLANNING
Our program is designed to help your AE’s in the weekly review of activity and planning for results. Our coach will review weekly MPC’s and Job Orders to help AE’s evaluate where their time should be spent. This will also include review of previous efforts and information gleaned from active conversations. Our coach will help guide the AE with time management recommendations to enhance results.
ADVANCED METRICS MANAGEMENT REVIEW
Our coach will work on an hourly basis with your Account Executives to show them how to improve their performance by reviewing their metrics. After review of metrics, recommendations will be captured for the Account Executives to follow moving forward. This does require a minimum of 3 months of metrics data.
ROOKIE METRICS MANAGEMENT REVIEW
Our coach will teach a one-hour session with your rookies to teach them the importance of measuring metrics. This is a hands-on session giving insight to a rookie on utilizing metrics to increase performance. The session will also highlight warning signs for Account Executives to watch to avoid falling into a rookie slump.
CLOSING WORKSHOP
Put your rookies through various one-hour sessions that increase in complexity. Your rookie will participate in a situational closing room. We will look at the situation overall, decide what questions need to be asked and then decide on best closing strategy.
BUILDING DEVELOPMENT SCRIPT ENHANCEMENTS
This program will work with tenured and rookie AE’s in improving messaging around promoting an MPC as well as general business development presentations.
RECRUITING SCRIPT ENHANCEMENTS
Our coach will work one on one with your AE’s to create an effective script and questions that will increase effectiveness and results.
WRITING AND LAUNCHING CASE STUDIES
Will work with AE to develop customized DIG Case Studies for them to utilize in business development.
LEARN WHEN YOU SHOULD ASK QUESTIONS WORKSHOP
This program will put AE’s through several scenarios of a conversation. AE’s will be responsible for creating the top 5 questions they feel are needed to move a conversation forward. This is a great program to teach AE’s how to gain a further understanding of a situation and how to move forward. This program will also give skills to be utilized in closing situations.
BUILDING A TOUCH PLAN SPECIFIC TO YOUR DESK
This program will work with AE’s to create and design an effective touch plan for the DIG.
DRIVE YOUR SUCCESS PROGRAM
This 12-week program will work with your AE’s to improve their performance. Program is designed to review basics in a more advanced setting. Topics covered include:

How to multiply your send outs
Learning how to prioritize on your desk
Closing strategies (utilize deals from AE’s desk)
MANAGEMENT COACHING
Weekly accountability program for owner to review progress of AE’s and solve issues in the office.
PLANNING FOR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
Our team will help your team members develop a plan for the coming year. We will review metrics, where they have had success and identify areas that need to be developed which will enable your team members to be confident in moving into next year.
YEAR END AND QUARTERLY PLANNING
We all need to know we are doing the right activities that will lead us to success. Our team will conduct year end reviews and work with each member of your team to build their quarterly strategy for implementation. Working with one of our coaches gives the additional support your staff needs and the accountability to stay on track.
